Trained ears to hear, professional eyes to see! More than forty years of experience!

 It was love at first sight..

In 1977 we made aliya from Britain, a young(ish) couple, who met studying optometry at City University London. Zionists, motivated by a desire to serve and a love of our profession, we established our first practice in a small third floor apartment (without elevator!) in Rehovot.

We're proud to say that since then more than thirty years have passed, during which we've amassed knowledge and experience, and the sophisticated equipment needed to apply this in the fields of optometry and opticianry. We've helped thousands of patients with varying eye and vision problems - we've carried out examinations, fitted spectacles and contact lenses, we've fitted leading edge types of multifocals, modern fashionable sunglasses - all in order that each patient will see, and see to the best of his ability!

And that love continues today...

Since then and until today we at Optica Bloom do our utmost to protect your eyes. •  Frame and sunglass fitting - Orly and Vera, our skilled and experienced frame stylists, will guide you through the often difficult task of choosing frames from the top world designers, so that you will both see and look - wonderfully !!
•  Applying the solution- Eve Bloom, who is in overall charge of optical side of things will accompany you with great skill in the choosing of the most appropriate frames and lenses, bringing together the best materials available in our modern well-equipped laboratory.
•  Personalized production in the lab - Janna, our long-serving and highly skilled technician, using the most modern and constantly updated equipment in our lab, will personally and individually craft your spectacles from the best materials.
•  And learning to handle contact lenses ... Our lovely, patient and highly trained Meshi will sit with you until she is convinced that you know exactly how to handle and deal with your contact lenses.
